Responsibilities:▪ Supported comprehensive communication, campaign, digital advocacy initiatives, contributed to global recruitments and capacity building initiatives between the global and country programs teams. ▪ Led the development of knowledge products and coordinated learning initiatives between global teams and Country Programs (CPs), supporting knowledge management capacity building in the region. Organized sessions on Knowledge Management, developed learning reports and played a key role in creating knowledge and communications products for international events.▪ Spearheaded learning and advocacy initiatives like the South Asia WASH Financing Conclave, the South Asian Exchange on Public Sanitation, and a webinar series under the South Asia Dialogue Series on the SDG6 platform.▪ Initiated and supported regional quarterly and annual monitoring and evaluation processes to contribute to annual and half-yearly reviews. ▪ Represented South Asia as the regional PMER Lead in the PMER Community of Practice Steering Group. ▪ Supported strategy integration and implementation to launch Global Strategy 2030 for WaterAid, supported the development of 5-year country program strategies, and mobilized evaluation processes.▪ Provided comprehensive support to the Regional Director and team, handling administrative tasks, organizing internal and external regional meetings, workshops, events and technical support for developing reports, MoUs, and TORs.▪ Received training in various programs and e-courses, including the WA Innovation Champion program, Project Design Training, and DiscoverMORE program for Senior Managers.
