- Support Project Managers with data gathering, benchmarking and analysis regarding on-going projects.- Work closely with project coordinators and officers across operations and HR to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.- Estimate the specific resources and personnel needed to complete projects in a timely manner.- Represent the department in joint consultation meetings, workforce planning committee, absence management, group meetings, etc, as appropriate for progressing the work of team and department.- Provide information, reports and support to all relevant meetings, ensuring accurate, timely and valid management and statistical information is made available in an appropriate format which aids and contributes to effective decision making.- Track meeting minutes, coordinate deliverables and update progress to the management.- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements and presentations for on-going projects.- Conduct cost and budget analysis on programs to determine ROI and program feasibility, identify and manage potential risks.- Conduct project postmortem and propose recommendations to identify both successful and unsuccessful portions of the project.- Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relations within HR organization and ensures a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects.- Administer, track, and report on projects within the HR department including, but not limited to, data analysis, preparation of written and verbal communications, and drafting or editing of Human Resources policies and guidelines.- Conduct research into queries received within HR team, and formulate appropriate responses to maintain positive relations with employees & customers. Ensure employee concerns, issues and conflicts are dealt in a satisfactory manner.- Assists in demonstrating service excellence to internal and external customers, ensuring positive and professional first impression.

- Project Planning, Scheduling and Control.- Work order & Tasks Analysis, Planning, Allotment, Managing & Controlling and Closure- People & Processes Management,- Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivables & Payables), Patient and Physician claims Payment and Denial Management.- Manage customer interface and address customer issues and concerns regarding the project.- Develop, train, and manage team members.- Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognitions- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction- Produce effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports, analysis and keen observations.- Establish and maintain communication with team members, clients and suppliers; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.- Establish communication between functional lines and higher management to resolve issues, meet SLAs and raise alerts.- Provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports to management.
