TechLift is a community where Tech talents are groomed by taking up projects and working on them. I applied to be a member of this community to improve my writing skills and build a strong portfolio.

Enrolled in this training to upgrade my WordPress web development skills. We are working on different projects currently ranging from simple blog websites to a company, eCommerce, and Bitcoin websites.

I manage the social media platforms of this organization. I help to coordinate the content creators and also create content for the page.

As an Assistant Programs and Community Manager, I help to oversee all the activities during this program to ensure that everything moves well. I also help to create the activities of this program to meet the vision and mission of QueenAfrique Academy. I gained so much insight on how to manage a team effectively and lead individuals to follow through the program.My presence in as the programs and community manager was very much needed as I helped to facilitate the learning process of the students. I ensured the ladies excelled. I was involved in every stage of the planning from the programs scheduling to onboarding process to program itself down to the graduation of the students. My activities included;*Co-anchoring the Orientation Event for each cohort.*Being available for the day-to-day activities where I also help to troubleshoot problems the trainees encounter on a daily basis.*I gave daily reports on how the programs for each day went and also wrote weekly reports which helped the management to track progress of the students.*Was responsible for writing to and inviting guests who inspired the students.*Organizing the weekly/monthly discussions both virtually and physically.*Designed the Graduation flyers and Certificates of the students using Canva.*Organized the testimonial videos for the students, etc.I handled this role for #queenafrique2.0 and #queenafrique3.0 between October 2022 and April 2023. And I must say, I learned a lot. I received a lot of commendtions from the CEO, Manager, My Colleagues and the Students on how I helped to pull off the programs successfully. Serving in this capacity taught me what it means to lead people.It was challenging and insightful because I kept learning and improving with each passing day. I appreciate the CEO, Mrs Uchenna Onwuamaegbu-ugwu, Mrs. Amarachi Okpala Onwuamaegbu and the entire team for trusting my capacity to handle this roles. Their trust motivated me a lot and made me deliever more than expected.

QueenAfrique Academy 2022 began on the 4th of October, 2022. As a former beneficiary of QueenAfrique Academy currently interning at the organization, I coordinate the young girls who are currently the beneficiaries of the program for 2022.I am also their instructor, teaching WordPress (CMS), Personal Branding and Digital Marketing. This is what I enjoy doing because it gives me the opportunity to interact and relate with the girls to help them having been in their shoes before.I am enjoying my role currently though it can be overwhelming sometimes, I am not worried because I am building my capacity.

As the Content Creator Creator at Green Amazon Recycling, I write contents for the social media pages and the websites. I also manage the social media platforms(Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).As a coach, I was always available to help manage the programs, coordinate the activities and conduct teaching when necessary.Green Amazon Recycling is a platform that focuses on establishing environmental health and reduction on climate change through promoting recycling in schools and the community.Assuming this role is a great one for me because I will be learning a lot both from making researches on recycling and also coaching the young activist, Usonwanne Ugwu, who is the brain behind Green Amazon Recycling.

I was a beneficiary of the Digigirls Cohort 2.0 program organized by CyberSafe. During the program, I was able to gain more knowledge on Computer and cybersecurity.I also completed a course on Digital Marketing which included Content Creation, SEO and Email Marketing.

I was a beneficiary of the 2021 QueenAfrique program organized by Edufun Technik STEM Hub and sponsored by Tiger Foods.The program was a six weeks program centered on learning programming languages. I was able to learn the front-end programming languages(HTML, CSS and JavaScript). It was an amazing experience for me. I was also able to build a website which I presented on the graduation day(1st April, 2021).

In 2018, I and my team, Feed the Nation, participated in the Technovation Challenge. We created an App, iFood in order to close the wide gap between the farmers and their consumers in order to reduce the activities of the middlemen who extort money from the consumers through inflation.We made it to the semifinals while also coming first in the Regional Pitch held at Abuja.
