CurrentSecond Peninsula is an innovative media company committed to human-centered, empathic, and original video storytelling that invites viewers to walk in someone else’s shoes. The company is best known for its flagship series Brief But Spectacular (BBS), an Emmy-nominated short-form interview series that airs weekly for millions of viewers on PBS NewsHour.In this role, I work as a project manager, guiding multiple client-focused initiatives from ideation through to successful execution. I leverage design thinking to craft impactful, solutions-oriented stories and narratives that resonate with and drive change for society, organizations, communities, and changemakers.My work includes facilitating and leading engaging interviews that bring to light and elevate each guest’s unique perspective on diverse topics such as education, healthcare, mental health, longevity, immigration, arts, and culture. I source and research innovative visionaries and thought leaders on both a national and international scale, and I am adept at writing comprehensive client proposals, pitch decks, project plans, timelines, research briefs, interviewee profiles, and social media content. Additionally, I lead a national advisory board to provide strategic and creative input for the Brief But Spectacular series, ensuring that our projects remain innovative and impactful.
