Implemented a reading intervention schedule with other Reading Interventionists. Worked to get over 30 students on level in their high-frequency words and reading fluency.

Over seeing around 150 young women, ages 13-15 for two months. Helped them get settled at camp, planned all evening activities, and assisted in managing all 30 counselors who cared for the young girls in their cabin. Attended morning meetings with the Camp Directors and helped coordinate a 3-day trip to Boston.

Oversees the front desk at Ballet Arizona and works directly with the School Manager to ensure that the school runs smoothly. Handles monetary transactions, communicates with all teachers and staff, and works hard to be present for parents and promote good customer service.

Assist the Volunteer Coordinator at the Arizona chapter with all actions needed to help manage the 700+ volunteers Arizona holds.

Facilitated the largest student run carnival in the nation, attracting over 35,000 guests who attend to help raise money for the clubs on campus. Managed all operations for the non-profit event and oversaw seven other students directors who helped put together the event.
