In my position as a part-owner and manager of a small residential cleaning company, I am primarily in the business of building relationships, establishing trust, and creating an impeccable business reputation.My partner and I have built relationships with a regular clientele of over 40 families in the past 2 years and this number is continuously growing through word-of-mouth recommendations.Because of this, I have learned to quickly adapt to rapidly growing business needs. I have self-educated throughout the process and continue to make informed changes and improvements when necessary.Making these improvements and growing as a business owner include listening to client feedback regularly and making strong efforts to maintain clear communication. It's important to us to listen to their desires and feedback so that we may tailor our services to align with each of their unique households and needs.We go the extra mile to deliver high-quality, affordable residential housecleaning services with consistency, great attention to detail, and personalized touch. I am responsible for all of the design work for the business. This includes designing business logos, flyers, business cards, gift cards, and other promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, and Procreate. I created and manage our website as well as social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). I run promotions and respond to emails, messages, and online scheduling inquiries. Other responsibilities of mine include corresponding with clients, organizing in-home consultations, generating quotes, bookkeeping, and coordinating our schedule.

Over the 4 years I worked for Chipotle, I consistently provided an extraordinary customer experience and used my knowledge and talents to elevate my team members. My strong sense of ownership in my company and pride in my work ethic were motivating factors for me to show up and put forth my best work possible every day. I made it my responsibility to help make the people around me better as well. In the time I worked for Chipotle, I encountered many challenges that often arose from working in such a fast-paced, high-stress environment. I grew substantially from these experiences I had. I embraced each new opportunity to learn, to be challenged, and to teach because I knew those opportunities not only shaped me to be a better employee, but they made me a better person. On a typical workday, I was usually doing ten things at once (I mastered the art of multi-tasking during my time in this position), but I never left a job unfinished once I started it.
