As Clinical Coordinator of GYN/GU in the operating room I have many responsibilities. I assign staff to ORs for the next day. I approve requests for days off and create schedules for staff members. I create and update preference cards for surgeons. Manage supplies and work with the supply team in order to keep supplies at par.

Experience in teaching children ages 3-14 how to swim. Able to communicate to the students how to complete the four basic strokes of swimming, as well as teach safety about life jackets, cold water, and swimming in supervised areas. Also able to effectively talk with parents about the progress of their children and to accommodate to the needs of their children.

Experience in working with computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel. Prepare class lists for swim lessons. Handle money and take registration fees for the swim teams. Able to appropriately answer phone calls and answer any questions patrons may have. Spends time scheduling birthday parties and other various parties on the weekends.
