Comprehensive administration of ADA accommodations for 200 students. Planned and executed 50 wellness events annually, as well as orientation and commencement. Managed a caseload of students receiving short-term support for life emergencies. Implemented comprehensive and equity-conscious process improvements for implementation of accommodations and short-term support for life emergencies. Served as one of four officers of a 501(c)7 nonprofit organization. Coordinated all functions of the Board of Directors. Authored 37 policies. Collaborative oversight of 30 student staff and 4 full-time employees as well as oversight of 10 Board Representatives. Co-chaired the Long-Range Planning Committee. Facilitated training retreats for 40 staff and Board members. Created training on discrimination, harassment, and bias in the workplace. Supervised a website and data migration process. Planned an event that attracted 300 people. Taught workshops for members on anti-oppression facilitation, accessibility in theory and practice, and racism in interactions between co-ops. Served as a resource for membership on policy, discussion, consensus, and facilitation. Provided peer support.

Raised over $65,000 to provide direct aid to over 200 diverse, low-income students. Created and maintained a social media presence to offer academic and social services to the Oberlin community.

I chaired the Disability Equity and Mental Health Working Group, provided direct peer support, advocated students' needs to administration, and guided students through institutional processes. I was also honored to serve on hiring committees for Professional Staff and Senior Administration candidates.

Hosted prospective students, answering questions truthfully and holistically. Represented the Oberlin community online, over the phone, on tours, and at events.

I worked directly on pro bono immigration cases, both in terms of paperwork and crafting legal arguments. I additionally contributed to a global human rights initiative, analyzing falsified medicine laws in Common Law countries and providing recommendations for reform.

Ensured the efficient operation of a 50-person dining cooperative. Facilitated conversations twice daily, maintained member confidentiality, provided peer support, and acted as a resource on cooperative policies. Oversaw pathways of communication among members and All-OSCA regarding regular updates and discussions.
