Customer Onboarding Coordinator
CurrentI provide high-quality customer service by ensuring our new clients receive the best onboarding experience. First impressions are everything, so I welcome each client and walk them through our onboarding process and set them up for success by helping them upload student and parent information, coordinate their onboarding trainings, answer questions about the product and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. I establish relationships with my customers by being an active listener, asking questions, and offering support as needed. I love to dive deep and troubleshoot on the backend of things, applying critical-thinking and problem-solving skills working within our CMS Salesforce. I enjoy collaborating cross-teams with my Operations teammates to drive efficiency in workflows so that we reach & exceed activation goals & KPIs.
