Managed all aspects of investor relations for the company (formerly called Technip-Coflexip with a head count of ~20K and market cap $4.5Bn) which during that time was listed on the French Bourse and then introduced shares on the NYSE (10/2001).

Managed ‘crisis’ investor relations over 2 acquisitions from acquirer and acquiree perspective, involving a 3-day suspension in trading of the shares and, later, 3 profit warnings.Managed and coordinated regulatory and investor events and selection of specialist trader related to NYSE listing in October 2001. Established and managed company sponsored Technology Conference for analysts and investors involving presentations by in-house experts on the company’s technology.Managed and held road shows for CEO and CFO in key money centers and company presentations at industry conferences in the U.S. and Europe and also represented the company in road shows solo.Investor/Analyst visits to manufacturing plants in Brazil, France and on-board new ship at dock in Holland.
