About Miranda Wolff

I have served 8 years on Active Duty for the United States Army where I developed my leadership, and teamwork skills to create a positive and effective work space in a fast paced environment that put emphasis on attention to detail. Consistently forming creative strategies to effectively accomplish numerous tasks in an organizational manner to meet specific timelines. Through out my teaching career in the military I found a passion for helping people to push past their limits to be the best they can be, by also incorporating fitness and nutrition. I have always had a passion for being a competitive bodybuilder for woman's figure/physique while also playing on Army and Airforce Sports teams such as basketball, soccer and volleyball. With health and fitness playing a major part of my well-being I would love to continue to teach and give back to the fitness community in our future generations.
