After starting as a team member I was given the opportunity to becoming a lead in the Operations department. In this role I have taken on many tasks including interviewing new employees, training them once they become part of our team, and offering continued support to all of the team.I also play a large role in problem solving for our team and for the behavior technicians that we serve. This can include payroll discrepancies, billing audits, and treatment note audits as well as technical support with Central Reach, Catalyst, and other company wide systems. While working through these issues I have become proficient in Windows, Microsoft Suite, and Zoom.As a leader on the team my main goal is to provide a positive environment that employees can grow in. This includes providing space for individuals to learn independently as well as support as a team. If feedback is required it is provided in a way that allows for additional support and problem solving which I believe is essential to maintaining a strong team.Overall, this position has provided me with many opportunities to become a strong leader, an effective communicator, and a technologically proficient individual.

While working as an Assistant Manager of a busy call center I was able to strengthen my skills as an effective communicator, problem solver, and leader. This began with assisting with hiring, feedback, and team management. Throughout the day I would assist customers with their needs and directing them to any specific department that they may need. I would also communicate with the sales, parts, advising, and management departments on a regular basis to ensure customers were getting the best care possible.In addition to regular duties I would also manage a long list of daily call backs to ensure quality care and problem resolution when it arose. This allowed me to become effective at time management and meeting specific deadlines.
