From a young age I always knew that my career path would lead me to helping people. In whatever role I have chosen to take on I strive to make sure it's one that lifts others up and ensure that they land on their feet. My role as a Lead Clinical Service Associate at Learn Behavioral has helped me accomplish this as I not only get the privilege of assisting children with the ABA services that they need but I am also able to lead a great team to success. I enjoy problem solving difficult tasks, being someone that my team can depend on, and creating an environment that is positive to work in.As a student at Bay Path University I also take pride in my education and work hard towards my goal of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Throughout my time in school I have strengthened my ability to manage my time, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate. While a lot of my time does go to my job and education, I do set aside time for self-care as I believe having a healthy work life balance is the key to success. Taking time to read my favorite books, crochet a cardigan, paint a landscape, or tend to my many plants gives me the time I need to recharge and return to work every day refreshed and ready to succeed.
