• Initiated approximately 1500 wires totaling over $1.4B, in payment of invoices, investment purchases, capital fundings and distributions, and internal transfers
• Manage the acquisition and submission of all debt compliance reporting and payment of debt service for asset specific financings as due
• Responsible for handling approximately 20 real estate debt and equity investments from an operations perspective

• Request the setup and closure of Depository, Operating and other bank accounts, including third party access entitlement and account services, with the purchase and sell of properties
• Liaison with and manage requests from asset management team, accounting, property managers, borrowers, lenders, loan servicers and auditors providing information and problem resolution

• Instruct the release of funds due to buy settlements, borrowings, and excess cash for 9 portfolios on a daily basis
• Reconcile over 50 cash ledgers daily, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, instructing trustees or agents to wire under or overpayments accordingly
• Utilize excel to prepare weekly client position reconciliation files for distribution to analysts and clients

San Antonio, Texas

• Reevaluate customer creditworthiness through analysis of financial statements in SAP
• Coordinate customer financial statement collection for use in annual credit reviews
• Recognize and correct company and personal guaranty inefficiencies
• Utilizing macros developed an excel spreadsheet which performs automatic calculations based on specific selections
