I am an experienced organizer who has worked most of her 34-year career in transport logistics and Supply Chain in the Netherlands and abroad. The most fun in my jobs was coaching, mentoring and helping to develop young talent in the (logistics) organization. In addition, I get energy from planning and organizing the supply and demand of resources and services as efficiently as possible together with my team. By nature I am someone who is always looking for how processes and activities can be organized more efficiently. I like to work within set frameworks, but I also need the freedom to go out of the box when the situation arises. My former colleagues describe me as energetic and a "people" person.I am looking for a part-time position in which I can use my skills and experience and all of the above. It does not necessarily have to be in oil and gas, logistics or supply chain.
