Leading projects connecting mission critical data exchanges between Cook County, Chicago Police and Illinois Department of Corrections, judicial organizations (Clerk of the Circuit Court, Public Defender, State Attorney, Sheriff, Office of Chief Judge). Project purpose:- Augment current paper process with early electronic data exchange for Judicial agencies.- Enable path to minimize paper handling.- Time and Cost Efficiencies, Enhanced Data Integrity, Risk Mitigation, Improved Decision-Making, Data Availability, Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Standardization and Security Improved communication and drove alignment between vendors, multiple stakeholders and a team developing software for an Oracle Enterprise Service Bus. • Created system integration and User Acceptance Test plans, managed test execution with partner agencies and validated test results.

Led definition and introduction of the Agile release process to ASTRO Land Mobile Radio Mission Critical Infrastructure business. • Helped shorten cycle time from feature inception until customer delivery by planning releases utilizing new process and aligning with development team’s SAFe Agile process. Release planning took into consideration Software and Hardware Lifecycle Management and release impact to security patching of system components (Vulnerability Management).• Improved service delivery by providing input to ASTRO business roadmap. Presented roadmap to Customer Service Managers during monthly reviews.• Participated in release execution, keeping all stakeholders informed of new process, feature prioritization, and removal of any roadblocks due to process changes. Presented status of releases to senior management.

Managed ASTRO Front End Review Board with business team, Architecture Review Board (ARB), and PMO representatives. Team was responsible for maturing and prioritizing features for major (4K+ Staff Months) system or box releases and processing Change Requests (CRs) for currently running release.• Served as Value Stream Engineer (VSE) for Dispatch and Content Logging Value Stream. Managed $6M capital budget used at all design centers to within $8K of target.• Gained approval for 2 box releases, allowing $2.2M revenue in Q4 2018. • Drove alignments by holding monthly cross-functional Infrastructure-Subscriber coordination meetings.• Improved decision-making based on market needs and resource skillset availability by running complex infrastructure resource and programs scenario planning tool. • Provided new customer offerings for service organization by managing cross-segment Managed Services features. Coordinated 6 features between US, Poland, and Israel and Managed Services team for complex program spanning multiple technologies and releases with varying timelines.

Led multinational engineering teams in development of system products, including Console products, Voice Processor Module (VPM), and Packet Data Gateway (PDG).• Completed technically complex and risky programs on time and budget.o Led 13 teams with up to 50 engineers on 500 staff month project to deliver LMR Telephone Interconnect solution to 5K staff month system release. o Led teams in US and Poland in development of 3 new VPM-based products (SmartX, VPM, Telephone Media Gateway - TMG) which included hardware and software (QUICC, Secure Mace and DSP) development, integration, and test (150 staff months).• Raised quality of products by designing and building VPM performance systems. Executed performance tests for SmartX and VPM to quickly remove product resets and lockups before system test and product shipment.• Shortened release cycle time by removing system integration risks. Led Subsystem Integration test team (SSI) and brought all ASTRO products together for 1st-time before System Test started for major (5800 staff months) system release.• Provided leadership by managing teams of engineers in development of PDG software for multiple system releases. Teams were located in Schaumburg, IL, Montreal, Canada, and Israel. Managed and completed performance reviews for project team members.• Helped build team of engineers in Krakow, Poland and led box test effort of (P25 Inter-RF Subsystem Interface) ISSI gateway.• Identified risks and proposed solutions in timely fashion by having strong understanding and utilization of metric driven program management. o Received Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Developed and tested software for various two way radio features.
