-Responsible for the distribution network covering both the supply from production sites to customer delivery operations: drive cross-functional processes; purchase orders placing, monitoring and delivery; co-ordinate the shipments from production sites to Romania; develop business relations with the production sites: Denmark, France, China and Brazil; process on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis the commercial and logistics transactions in SAP; monitoring and tracking the goods flow into warehouse; warehouse inventory management and securing the optimal level of stocks; secure the availability of products to customers; direct business relations with distributors-Dealing with all escalated complaints and enquiries efficiently and effectively-Input on targeting and forecasting process in SAP-Provide analytical support to brand plan processes and strategies-Prepare market data trends, results and statistical analysis, sales reports, stock reports and any other various reports or presentations related to operations requested by management. Ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions-Business partner for operations (sales, marketing and product supply) providing the business support related to financial and ad hoc issues-Participate in strategic projects: launch and discontinuation of products in Romania-Accounts receivable:maintain up-to-date billings database and files;follow up, collection and allocation of payments;reconciliation of customers’ accounts;monitoring the delayed payments and other irregularities-INTRASTAT system reporting -Contracts management - terms compliance and update-Quality Assurance:develop and monitor QA programs;administer QA management systems;evaluate and improve QA processes;assure compliance with standard procedures, legislation, GMP and GDP-Quality lead auditor - perform internal and external quality audits of distributors and warehouse;Supplementary experience:1 year – Quality Officer,1 year – Business Analyst
