Coordinate all activities to receive internal and external customers; logistic support; prepare documentation; open/close procedures for business trips; contact with travel office for flightbooking; contact with colleagues abroad to coordinate. Administrative regularisation; budgeting for several accounts; management of the meeting rooms; technical support for video conferences; sorting of phone calls and documents to be signed from various departments; use of systems like LX and Cognos to regularise invoices, consultants, associations, legal expenses; coordination with Marketing dept; management of give-aways; rebranding.
