• Provides effective and inspiring operational leadership to the health education and promotion consulting company for faith-based (FBO) and community (CBO) organizations. • Directs the entire business operations by assisting FBO’s and CBO’s with implementing and expanding their health programs, networking and collaborating with federal, state and local governmental agencies and other health related entities. • Leads the company in assisting public and private entities networking with FBO’s and CBO’s. • Develops, implements programs, studies and projects used to expand health programs.

Volunteer to collaborate with International, National, Regional and Local ecumenical and interfaith health programs or projects as well as Health Associ-ations and Community Agencies. Assist with the operational program of the Commission. Seek funding sources for programs, projects and ministries. Respond to requests for information on health programs and resources. Represent the Commission at International and National Health Workshops and Seminars. Participate in Ecumenical and Interfaith Health Programs and Projects. Communicate with the Overseas Coordinators and Episcopal District Health Directors as needed. Review the reports of the Overseas Coordinators and Episcopal District Health Directors. Visit Episcopal Districts when requested. Present workshops and seminars or assist with organizing health programs in Episcopal Districts when requested. Communicate with the Chairman of the Commission on Health on International Health activities. As-sist the Executive Director with compiling the Annual Report of the Overseas Coordinators and Episcopal District Health Directors for presentation to the Commission on Health at the General Board meeting. Develop curriculum, programs, procedures, policies, projects, website content and ministries with the Executive Director. Assist the Executive Director and Treasurer in the development of the Quadrennial Budget. Provide leadership to the coordinators of grant programs. Network with the Ecumenical Officer and participate in Ecumenical and Interfaith Health Projects and Programs. Provide health education and promotion consultation for the Senior Bishop, President of the Bishop’s Council and President of the General Board. Oversee the webpage with the Webmaster.

Senior Medical Director for the Payment Accuracy Division

Oversee and manage the Medical Directors of the Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Retrospective Teams. Management of this group includes the ability to ensure that the teams function as a cohesive unit and as a clinical resource and consultant to the contracted hospitals and healthcare organizations regarding their Medicare, Medicaid Commercial, and managed Medicare/Medicaid denials. Supervise a team of six Medical Directors and 64 physicians. Serve as a clinical resource to EHR's hospital clients by providing expert, second-level reviews for admission status certification via electronic and telephonic with communication with hospital clients to address the following issues: medi-cal necessity, clinical and regulatory compliance, continued stay review, hospital reimbursement, and quality assurance. Discuss and educate physicians/hospitals including but not limited to appropriate documentation of the plan or care, to resolve utilization issues. Serve as an expert in regulatory guidelines and utilization management and help to educate case management and medical staff members on these topics regularly. Advise, assist and educate treating physicians, hospital care managers, senior medical management, administration and all others involved in the delivery of timely, appropriate and cost effective care. Promote payor and client adherence to all applicable accreditation standards. Train and educate new physicians as well as conduct quality assurance. Employee Action Group (EAG)-Innovation Co-Leader. Analyze and develop internal capacity planning methodology followed by the evaluation of processes and address the outcome of these evaluations.
