After 10 years of working in large organisations - first the NHS as a junior doctor, then in universities as a teaching fellow, lecturer and senior lecturer, I have leapt into freelance life in order to build my own practice as a transformational life coach. Exciting times!So what does that mean?...I coach people who want to understand themselves better in order to create change in their lives. Often they are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, with a sense that something needs to change, but stumped as to how to go about realising that change.
