StretchLab’s Flexologist Training program is the only accredited certification program recognized by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence for assisted stretching. 60-70+ hours of theory and hands-on training of the muscular system, various assisted stretches, and how to work with clients of all ages and body types.

The North American Language and Culture Assistants Program (NALCAP), led by the Education Office of the Embassy of Spain in Washington D.C., offers American college students and graduates the chance to work as language assistants in Spanish schools. In this role, participants support English language programs in elementary and secondary schools across Spain, while also serving as cultural ambassadors. under the guidance of Spanish teachers.

Senior fitness (age 55 and up) and youth performance (age 5-17) classes designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and functional motor skills. Taught in English and Spanish.

A 600-hour vocational school for aspiring personal trainers. Teaching courses in anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science, and nutrition with over 150 hours of hands-on physical fitness training and technique.

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) at California State University, Northridge delivers access and retention services to CSUN students. EOP provides services to historically low-income, historically educationally disadvantaged, first-generation college students; a population that not only reflects the diversity of CSUN’s feeder communities but also the diversity of the University itself.

Pacer at Nike+ Run Club. Responsible for everyone at NRC running their first, fastest kilometers. Lead different pace groups on a course set by the Head Coach at each Nike+ Run Club.
