Over almost 17 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry I have acquired experience in different areas such as Regulatory Processes, including Product Registration, Sanitary license, Clinical Trials authorization and medical devices; also acting in Regulatory Affairs strategies and discussions with Health Authorities. I have also experience in Quality issues by been responsible for maintain and improve the quality system, including Participation in the implementation of Quality System (track wise) and ERP systems (Oracle – inventory, SAP - MM and QM modules)Regarding pharmacovigilance activities I was responsible for process integration between Merck and Serono procedures, including implementation of new procedure and routine. During this process we have established an intense training program for the employee, including call center, nurses and sales representative and also built a good relationship with others departments. It was also part of the process the maintenance and improvement of the pharmacovigilance system, as well as disseminating the Pharmacovigilance concepts through the company.
