As an executive experienced in leading changes, I believe in making educated decisions. Today’s IT allows for an abundance of data, making the combination of information technology and finance a powerful tool to understand the organization and to implement business processes in the organization. This is done by using the data, understanding, analyzing and building tools to lead the company to financial success. For me - this comes naturally.For example, Being part of leading the change in Carmel Frenkel Ind., the largest packaging manufacturer in Israel (a subsidiary of Hadera Paper). The company underwent a change of direction, turning from a losing company to the dairy cow of the group. All thanks to streamlining processes and the construction of a "compass" for the organization - which allows a significant advantage over the market and competitors.I have used my skills to bring benefits to the organization in both ways: looking inward, into the organization, focusing on profitability and efficiency. In addition, looking outward – in due diligence, working with investors and having an advantage against competitors.
