Main focus on NPI products.Create a team to bridge between supplier and ASML development and drive co-design activities. Improve, with a cross-sectoral team on all aspects of QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Costs).- Participate in supplier selection, make/buy decisions.- Participate in D&E projects in early design phase to secure design for manufacturing at suppliers, supplier selection.- Drive technological challenges and requirements at supplier, supplier development - Manage processes at supplier with focus on yield and quality improvement (pFMEA, SPC, OCAP)- Manage quality complaints with structural improvements by 8D
