Hinge Health is a mobile health start-up ($6.2B valuation) digitizing evidence-based care pathways, starting with MSK.- Maintained 80% engagement rates over a three-month period for the 4 cohorts under my supervision in a challenging 600-user deployment (leading up to a $8M Series A).- Owned the re-engagement strategy workstream where I analysed usage data to identify user disengagement trends and create a re-engagement content strategy; from this I developed targeted interventions and trained a team of 4 to implement them, successfully retaining 50% of previously disengaged users.- Helped expand the product value proposition toward users with a high interest in surgery, writing a series of articles and targeted in-app messaging which boosted our client’s ROI 3x via reduced surgery utilization.- Collaborated with product team to test, troubleshoot and develop new app and backend features; contributed to automation strategy to scale deployment and engagement capacity.

Shanghai-based Winederful was a B2C e-commerce that imported and sold wine, by shaping the consumer experience in China.- Led qualitative research campaigns to understand consumption habits and worked closely with design agency to create a personalised shopping experience, where specific wines were recommended based on customer preferences in taste, occasion and dish pairing.- Assessed the market and competitor landscape to design a differentiation strategy focused on a distinctive wine portfolio, branding, unique user experience and an innovative pricing scheme.- Secured $1M investment and partnership with local Chinese online retailer.- Traveled over 75,000km, meeting hundreds of producers.
