Dr. Danish Mir Sayed Shah is an engineering and technology expert and academician with several years of experience. He has a simple yet in-depth narration style, transforming complex concepts into achievable goals and providing comprehensive interdisciplinary coverage. With a strong background in both academia and industry, he combines his multidisciplinary skills and expertise in energy, environment, business, and management to offer integrated solutions. He has authored several academic and technical books, guidebooks, and training manuals in industrial and academic areas that have earned him recognition and awards, and have helped bridge the gap between industry and academia.Since 2004, Dr. Danish has been a leading figure in multidisciplinary engineering and technology, spearheading numerous projects, teaching, and engaging in research. He has held positions as an assistant professor at Kabul University, the University of the Ryukyus, and later at Nagoya University in Japan. He founded and formerly chaired the IEEE-Sustainable Energy and Intelligent Engineering Society (SEIES-PES & FRID joint chapter, Fukuoka Chapter). Additionally, he initiated several academic branches of the IET and ACM and collaborated with various national and international organizations and companies in roles such as urban electric power planner, team leader, technical advisor, department head, educational manager, and director.Dr. Danish is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a Member of the IET (MIET). He is affiliated with several other academic societies. His educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kabul University in 2009, an M.Sc. in Energy and Electrical Engineering from the University of the Ryukyus in 2015, and an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management in 2016. He earned his first doctorate (Dr. Eng.) in Sustainable Energy in 2018 and his second Ph.D. in AI and Machine Learning Applications in Energy Systems in 2023, both from the University of the Ryukyus. Dr. Danish has chaired and participated in numerous conference committees and has published over 100 papers. His research interests span sustainable energy (including policy, economics, market, environment, and management), hydrogen energy, smart cities and homes, artificial intelligence, machine learning, storage systems, voltage stability, and related fields.

    At this tenure of my career predominantly focused on sustainable energy (renewable and nonrenewable) theoretical studies and practical approaches. In which, a special attention has been paid to renewable energies' resources, technologies and appropriate utilization of these resources in the context of energy sustainability. The term of sustainability has more than hundred definitions from different perspectives. Energy is essential for a socio-economic growth and it is indispensable to our daily life, but it is also essential to care about energy impact on our environment and health considering socio-economic dimensions. Therefore, we have to generate, transmit, distribute, and consume energies in the way of sustainability: environmental-friendly, economically cost-effective, technically acceptable, accessibly affordable, culturally adaptable and plausibly feasible. These researches address a general framework for renewable energy effective deployment to present a comprehensive roadmap for a long-run sustainability. In which, a strategic mechanics, metrics, and milestones for RE development, demonstration, and deployment in the context of Least Developed Countries are presented. This study unlike the literature, designed an appropriate framework that aligning RE technologies deployment with overall business and project management objectives. Implicitly, the exploitation of renewable energy technologies in architectural engineering and urban planning offers the opportunity to diminish energy dependence, ensure efficiency and reliability, reduce pollutant emissions, and buoyant economy. The effectiveness of the applied methodologies and techniques are demonstrated in various test systems with a comparison of the recent works of literature.
