10 years of experience within administration has made me a person with an eye for detail and extremely organised, I am also able to actively prioritise workload to meet deadlines. I am a fast learner and believe learning is a life long journey so therefore am always open to learning new things. During my years within administration I have built up a extremely good reputation at my current employment being reliable friendly and outgoing member of staff. I have also been brought in to help other departments to achieve expected targets who were underperforming at the time.Being in a management position has enabled me to have experiences in various areas such as using different softwares to help me do my work using Microsoft teams and outlook to perform tasks, being able to quickly research and find things using the internet, I have a lot of experiences in line managing staff, dealing with uncomfortable situations and violent patients sometimes .
