During Stage 4, I worked in a specified team to produce a design for and then manufacture a locomotive. This required researching skills to understand the different aspects of the project, such as the chassis, bogie, and the manufacturing methods that would be required. It also needed management skills, such as time planning and helping the team meet their deadlines where possible, as well as team working skills to communicate with the rest of the team, give presentations, and allowing each member to work effectively.
