Primary responsibilities on the $2.6B Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project🚊, one of Virginia Department of Transportation’s mega projects, included development and execution of the automation planning strategy to address company and project long term and short term business-critical information technology requirements. Designed and implemented innovative, cross-functional, and first-of-a-kind Construction automation solutions, providing a competitive advantage, cost-saving opportunities, and achieving corporate functional and project goals. Built Bechtel’s largest wireless project network. Implemented Construction two-way IoT Machine Control, received internal technical grants, presented @ Trimble Dimensions 2010.Publications in "POB - Point of Beginning", January 2012 and "Technology & More", January 2012 magazines. Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project is a new 23-mile extension of the existing Washington, DC Metrorail system built from the East Falls Church station to Washington Dulles International Airport. The project includes 11 new metro stations, built in two phases. Bechtel was responsible for Phase 1 of the project with a full EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) Design-Build scope of work delivering 5 new stations, 2 tunnels, 3 miles of aerial guideway, 5 at-grade bridges, and 8.5 miles of at-grade walls.

Managed regional Eastern European IT operations, including all hiring, budgets, networks, servers, software, vendor management, and subcontracts. Established new countries’ presence, including all required IT infrastructure in support of the US Government programs.Completed a unique telecommunications 📡 risk assessment for the Chernobyl project in Ukraine.
