As a Community Development Specialist (CDS), I connect Microsoft with the local communities by cultivating partnerships and collaborative alliances with neighboring organizations, non-profits, educational institutions and small businesses.Within the responsibilities of my role, I continuously:• Develop a robust calendar schedule of events, both in-store and out on-locations, to support Microsoft Retail in bringing the technology experience and excitement of our products directly to the local community.• Partner with Store leadership and regional Microsoft Retail Store marketing teams to build and sustain a viable community presence, to facilitate local affiliations and creative opportunities.• Strive for community outreach goals, propel employee volunteerism efforts, and support Microsoft's mission of empowering every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.My accomplishments include:-Creating a virtual monthly Nonprofit Mixer; provide resources to help nonprofits pivot their businesses to virtually enabling them to continue their missions.-Organizing and supporting NPAL national AI Youth Spark Workshop for over 300 attendees.-Produce Virtual Youth Town Hall panel discussions around the Country in Partnership with NPAL around current events.

The mission of Community Health Centers is to provide quality and compassionate primary healthcare services to Central Florida’s diverse communities. I supported this mission by serving as a liaison between local community organizations and Community Health Centers who’s customers/clients align with our target market and leverage those partnerships as a bridge to market our services to potential patients. Accomplishments:-Spearheading and executing Dental Days for 12 elementary schools with over 100 students in need of dental care being screened and securing dental appointments.
