I am the primary coordinator for four (4) pharmaceutical oncology trials focusing on prostate cancer. These are Phase 2 and 3 trials. I am a backup coordinator for two (2) other studies. I am involved in REB submissions, monitoring visits, start up and close out activities, and patient interactions. I act as a liaison between medical staff, research staff, patients, and trial sponsors. I create and edit documentation such as SOPs and Patient Literature.

I kept confidential records and ensured others who had access followed disclosure agreements set forth by the Personal Health Information Privacy Act (PHIPA)Previously, I also helped with administrative duties that included credit card reconciliation and financial accounting, processing and double checking expense reimbursement forms, connecting doctors and patients, taking notes and messages for other people in the office, arranging and scheduling meetings and functions of the office, and general administrative duties.
