I had the privilege to support three amazing teams throughout my years as a Product Manager at eyeo. Together with my colleagues, I helped oversee the launch and budding success of a new desktop browser extension, led the rollout of Jira, Confluence, and Mattermost as new internal collaboration tools, and finally worked with our Data team, who manages our data infrastructure, and delivers insights at a company-wide level. With each team, I strove to adapt common frameworks and best practices to best suit their unique needs, taking into account individual working styles and team dynamics, and balancing company goals and strategy. We work in an agile environment, and value experimentation, and iterative design.

We base our designs on iterative research to ensure we're doing our best for all of our users as we move forward in this innovative field creating a web experience that works for everyone. As a researcher at eyeo, I worked on both qualitative and quantitative studies for a variety of products.

KitTea is part tea house, part cat lounge, and all cats are up for adoption. While working as a stand-in cofounder, I also designed the new website branding direction, including creating key artwork, for kitteasf.com which launched in April 2015. KitTea opened to the public in June 2015.

On the Slalom UX team, we work closely with SharePoint architects to design, build and deliver custom SharePoint Intranet solutions. This includes requirements gathering activities such as stakeholder interviews and workshops, creating and annotating wireframes, and working with developers to ensure proper implementation.

Cambridge, Ma

As part of the Studio group at EF Educational Tours, I worked on a SCRUM, highly collaborative team to see designs through from start to finish, including producing wireframes and conducting user testing for the primary EF Tours websites. We worked directly with designers and developers to make changes in an agile environment. Also oversaw user experience for various internal projects.

Atlanta, Ga

As a UX Designer at Sapient, I worked directly with clients to first better understand their company and products, then create user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, and annotations to make solutions come to life. I gained experience with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, travel, and eCommerce.

Greater Atlanta Area

As a part of the Central Order Management team, I helped manage staffing requests on a national level for Bank of America and Weyerhaeuser. This included following up with local Adecco branches on a daily bases to ensure orders were being filled, and working with offices to overcome challenges whenever needs were not met. While with the COM team, I also helped coordinate and implement major procedural and system changes for the Bank of America client, and created specialized reports to integrate information from our older systems with the new.
