I have extensive experience in handling employment litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies in multiple jurisdictions across the country. My experience includes defending clients against individual and class-wide claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and wage and hour litigation involving claims of missed meal and rest periods, unlawful deductions, misclassification and off-the-clock work. I focus a large part of my practice handling employment law compliance and litigation in circumstances involving a multilingual and multicultural workforce. I also focus my practice on advising Texas businesses on how to most effectively navigate the unique nuances that come with doing business and being an employer in California.
