I am a litigation partner primarily focusing my practice on representing insurance companies across the country in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. My experience has included providing insurance coverage and bad faith advice to several major insurance carriers for large claims. I also have experience handling all aspects of litigation including strategy development and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions for insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and legal malpractice. Prior to joining MLA, I represented clients in various litigation matters including commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, construction disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial collections, restrictive covenants and other areas of civil law.
