The primary responsibilities included laying out all the foundations for the then greenfield application - including business requirements analysis, prototyping, solution proposal, solution evaluation.

Worked on multiple independent projects successfully during this tenure. The significant ones involved full automation of the Cognos reports development thereby reducing the cost of implementation by avoiding the need of Cognos developers for development and making the solution rollout to around 250 clients in a short span of time.

Worked on the middleware projects during this tenure which were aimed to keep the DWH systems in sync with the source mainframe data sources. This was a near-time solution where the events on the mainframe datasource led to messages which were then processed to update/sync the target data sources. In short, this was a primitive form of Event Sourcing back.

Worked as the chief developer in the core framework of the erstwhile flagship product of Hewitt Associates - YBR. Along with that contributed significantly in many of the auxiliary products related with the YBR including web services, administrative tools, performance optimizations and UI makeover.
