As a Value Advisor for SAP´s Business Transformation Services, I lead value driven digital transformation discovery sessions for our strategic customers and global enterprises. I have successfully engaged with 50+ customers across all of SAP's major industries to identify the business value to transform their existing ECC ERP platforms to the SAP Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging SAP S/4HANA as the core. The BICC was founded on an enterprise design of Key Performance Indicators and reporting standards which, under my direction, were developed by a team of internal consultants and architects. This design utilized the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) platform to provide IR with a common set of metrics to gage performance across the enterprise, and identify areas for increased customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Worked with IT leaders from all business sectors to leverage best practices in regards to the planning, mobilization, deployment, and operational support of Business Intelligence and data warehousing initiatives.Additionally responsible for the strategic direction of IR’s integration platform, webMethods. Significant accomplishments include leading the development and executive sponsorship of a business case to improve the overall service and capabilities of the platform, while simultaneously reducing overall cost leading to a significant positive impact to operating income. Additionally responsible for managing vendor relationships and providing guidance on Statements of Work and Managed Services Agreements.

Collaborated with internal and external partners on the design, deployment and operational support for large scale, global Oracle eBusiness Suite packaged software applications in the areas of finance, manufacturing, order management, supply chain and logistics.
