She was instrumental in introducing and implementing a sales culture that has grown the credit union to $100 million in assets and over 10,000 members.

During this time, we successfully organized and set up an efficient way to management the IT functions of the credit union by outsourcing with a local company; In addition, we implemented a computer refresh system in order to keep the credit union updated and efficient in the systems area. One of the largest projects I was in charge of during this time was a phone and call center conversion. This conversion was accomplished with no business hours down time.

I was responsible for interviewing, hiring, termination, scheduling, and running the branches including facilities issues. Additionally, I implemented S.M.A.R.T. goals that coordinated with the credit union’s Balance Score Card on each branch employee’s annual evaluations which increased income and grew the credit union.

In addition, I was the lead person for the name change and brand change from Kelly Tyler Federal Credit Union to Kelly Community Federal Credit Union.
