Currently working as the Operations Administration and Marketing Officer, I am highly spirited, personable and passionate about Australian manufacturing. I enjoy the pace, sense of urgency and variety which comes from a manufacturing environment, and I really get a buzz out of portraying this to our customers through brand management, networking, and facilitation of our traditional and digital platforms.I believe in empowering all, from CEOs to Operators. I have an interest in people and culture and find inclusion is imperative in the workplace as it leads to more productivity, feeling of pride within the business and desire to give your all to the company. Workplace culture really is a two way street.Outside of work I have a zest for the adventure we call life, organising my time to truly appreciate all of the wonders this planet has to offer.
