A creative digital strategist with a passion for making big ideas happen.I have 18 years experience neck deep in digital. I have almost done it all, global online marketing strategy, multi-million dollar ecommerce redesigns, CRM migrations, global campaigns, performance marketing strategy, content strategy not to mention my years as a junior learning the fundamentals of digital production. This broad range of experience has given me the ability to see across the digital landscape, front end and back end, platform to platform and understand how it all works together and how decisions affect another, hence why I have called my company 'a step back'. Digital has always been the mechanism but the drive has come from wanting to build great experiences for humans and giving companies a chance to find their people.I'm a Southland farm girl who ended up in Amsterdam for 13 years before coming back to New Zealand with a little junior in tow in December 2020.I write, I paint, I spend too much money and time browsing and buying fashion and am occasionally out of the office on a ten day silent meditation retreat.
