Madison Computer Center is a specialty computer store that provides service to both the home and business user. I am responsible for diagnosing and repairing both PC and Mac systems in house, onsite and remotely. My duties range from on-site set up of computers and networking systems in customer’s homes to troubleshooting and repairing server, systems and networking issues at small to medium businesses. I pride myself on creating friendly, professional and comfortable relationships with clients so that they know they have someone they can trust and count on for their computing needs.

The Go2IT Group is a leading national provider of Information Technology service and support. I have completed numerous contracts working as a technician representing major computer corporations (IBM, Dell, and HP). Some of the work I have done includes refreshing and replacing servers, PC's and printers for major hotel chains and big box electronic stores. Some jobs have required specialized training beforehand and all jobs require that you to follow provided detailed instructions.

Along with my leadership responsibilities of the worship ministry at the church, I also am responsible for on-site IT at the church and church offices. I am responsible for purchasing, installing, repairing and maintaining all the computer hardware (PC and Mac), software (Office, ProPresenter, Backup solutions) and networking devices in the church. This includes computer, printing, video and audio equipment for the church, check-in computer kiosks for the Children's ministry and wireless networking for the entire facility.

During this period, Dell was the industry leader in customer support. Because I actively self-trained, I was chosen to help pioneer and implement new technical support processes specializing in assisting customers with recurring issues. • I helped to shorten customer problem resolution times resulting in decreased customer support expense.The speed of technological change adversely impacted manufacturing. Technical testing and quality assurance before the release of the product to manufacturing became a priority. I was promoted and moved to quality assurance.• Conducted extensive technical testing and quality assurance on bleeding edge technology (memory, hard drives, motherboards, video cards, CPUs, etc.).Because Dell's home computer business segment was exploding, there was a major need for competent technicians regardless of their personal skills.• Consistently assigned to train and mentor the most difficult people in my work group and new people from the engineering staff.
