In my role with TKM, I have been working with SGS and their clients to implement and integrate ESKO’s WebCenter software into both validated and non-validated environments.I worked with the SGS team to ensure their new packaging management software (and associated processes to develop this) are in line with the expectations of GAMP in a validated environment. The software is now a market leading solution in the Packaging space and I work as part of the solutions team and the SGS client base to configure, implement and train on the software in both an analyst and PM role.

Working on a FTC primarily working to redesign and re-implement the Livelink File Plan as part of the Records Management team.This involved a lot of integration with the various business units at the FSA/FCA, then analysis to ensure that the file plan was suitable for their needs, whilst ensuring the integrity of the principles of records management were maintained.During this time, I worked closely with OT staff to assist with the transition of records and data to the Bank of England using developed tools and WebReports.I also analysed and optimised the existing data within the Livelink system in order to allow the implementation of the Livelink Records Management module.
