• Provide high-level administrative support to the SMD and MD’s, managing daily schedules, prioritizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements• Coordinate company-wide events, including board meetings, executive retreats, and client presentations.• Complete monthly KPI PowerPoint presentations for EBU• Helped draft and distribute quarterly employment/consultant agreements for EBU• Prepared all PowerPoint presentations for monthly EBU meetings• Prepared all PowerPoint presentations from notes on any EBU conference calls i.e. Sales, Operations, Training, Dignity Exclusive Brand Building• Organized and scheduled board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.• Conduct bi-monthly IVT and Cemetery training for the Atlanta Market• Responsible for all Social Media Account posting for the Eastern Business Unit
