From teaching in the classroom, to designing training materials and programs, to managing curriculum portfolios, I have a well-rounded background in all aspects of the training industry.As a learning professional, I derive the most motivation and joy from developing others. This has been true whether I have been teaching a class of 30 new employees, behind the scenes designing an engaging eLearning, or spending time one on one coaching designers. To see another achieve success because of my efforts gives me a great sense of accomplishment.Throughout my career, regardless of role, I have spent much of my time problem-solving, prioritizing, managing change, and building relationships, all while delivering results that exceed expectations. I enjoy new challenges and the process of working with others to find creative solutions that can meet the need in an ever-changing industry.
