The Director of Customer Success supervises the day-to-day service delivery for our healthcare clients and is responsible for improving overall client experience including utilization of services and retention of clients. The Director of Customer Success works alongside the Account Managers to manage internal and external relationships by problem solving and identifying necessary process improvements, documenting process flows and implementing changes that mutually benefit the company and the healthcare client. The Director of Customer Success manages and oversees the clinical staff in the field. The Director is also responsible for the organization and implementation of training for the clinical staff. The Director of Customer Success will assist in seeking out new employee candidates as well as in the interview/hiring process for both department and clinical staff. The Director of Customer Success works with other internal departments, including subsidiaries, network operations, service/product managers as well as the finance department to implement services and products, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs. The Director exhibits excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with strong time management skills meanwhile being able to perform multiple prioritizing tasks and meet deadlines. The Director of Customer Success displays a strong work ethic and attention to processes capable of achieving results with a high level of tenacity, creativity and sense of urgency.

Develop and maintain industry contacts and enhance current client relationships. Act as primary interface with clients by maintaining on-site presence and developing and maintaining on-going, long term relationships at all levels of the client’s organization. Define, recommend, and pursue new business opportunities by researching different types of business. Monitor market conditions, product innovations and trends, and competitors' products, pricing and sales strategies to maximize competitive stance. Maintain and promote business through multiple social media outlets. Assist attorneys with organization and distribution of legal documents. Coordinate real estate agent training presentations. Manage multiple projects at the same time.Maintain office calendar. Oversee recruitment of new staff. Oversee office maintenance and procedures.

Develop strong business relationships with 25 consultants and facilitate communication for client retention and high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as project manager for coordinating resources across the organization to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with clients, prospects, and independent contractors to obtain training objectives, develop handouts and PowerPoint presentations and finalize details for service delivery. Primary contact to answer incoming calls requesting services or products. Prepare proposals for potential clients who are interested in services. Facilitate communication with the consultant to discuss services with the client and coordinate with the consultant to logistics and timing of the services that needed. Development and delivery of training material. Follow-up with the client to assure customer satisfaction and recommend additional services to clients for ongoing support. Manage e-newsletter article schedule, receipt, formatting and distribution. Manage snippets for weekly updates and posting to website and blog. Facilitate updating of other website content, as needed. Technical issue point person: office computers, server, email, phone system, scheduling and liaison with outside tech support visits.
