Projects have focussed on leading change across key financial business processes during periods of intense regulatory scrutiny from the FED, BaFin and FINMA.Offshoring and Outsourcing:Clients have included ABN AMRO; Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital, working in North America and various European locations. The successful delivery of multiple offshoring and outsourcing programmes has been achieved through managing and navigating operational and cultural challenges to implement key Finance processes to both in-house and 3rd party organisations located in India, the Far East and Eastern Europe.Transformation and Control Model Optimisation [CMO]:Clients have included Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse. Each client’s key Finance processes were analysed and control gaps / deficiencies identified across legacy technology, process and human capital. Each Transformation and CMO project focussed on developing, syndicating and agreeing the remediation of control gaps with senior stakeholders.
