Current• Ensuring the operational health of the environment including security, availability, maintenance, troubleshooting/resolution, performance, interoperability and reliability Administration, support and configuration of O365 tenant environment.• Participate in large, complex projects with business and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned to changing business needs and strategies while considering existing End User experience requirements.• Deliver subject matter expertise of… Show more • Ensuring the operational health of the environment including security, availability, maintenance, troubleshooting/resolution, performance, interoperability and reliability Administration, support and configuration of O365 tenant environment.• Participate in large, complex projects with business and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned to changing business needs and strategies while considering existing End User experience requirements.• Deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365 with emphasis in services, security, architectural design, migration, management and support of implementations.• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related technologies.• Demonstrate consultative capabilities by providing value added information to clients for connecting technology, security and the business value of Office 365.• Accountable and responsible to lead technical vision and discussions and provide recommendation on areas of service improvement and feasibility of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are aligned to solution scope and vision.• Design and implement Microsoft security solutions with our Information security team, identity hygiene and how they relate to O365.• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of technical solutions by defining and meeting deliverables including planning and design for deployments, ensures quality of solution testing and pilot activities are aligned with best practices. • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to ensure solutions remain leading edge in terms of functionality, security, performance and availability.• Support and operationalize technology standards, processes and policies related to service offerings and ownership.• Maintains good working knowledge of business applications, current infrastructure and future trends.
