Oversee end user device support at all locations served by Constellation.

Provide enterprise level IT Management for IT Staff and Site (business)• Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization.• Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees.• Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel.• Participate in career development and succession planning processes.• Establish relationships with site (business) SLT and employees to effectively communicate support needs to IT staff.• Work with site (business) and IT staff to identify possible ways for technology to improve productivity with various departments while also providing cost savings to the fleet.• Establish milestones, anticipate issues and provide feedback to IT staff to monitor adherence to business needs and schedule.• Monitor, identify, and address changes to Nuclear Site IT budget and report to Key Manager as needed.• Provide consistent communication and transparency of IT initiatives to the site (business).• Ensures that metrics and lessons learned are appropriately documented and communicated for the benefit of the IT staff and the site (business).• Maintain current business knowledge/acumen to allow fleet IT solutions to be successful in adequately delivering business results.

• Manage overall server maintenance including health checks, storage allocation, File Resource Management (quota/filescreens), patch management, virtual server builds, physical server builds• Oversee storage management on NAS devices that includes allocating storage to server, monitoring changingstorage needs, patching to NAS device when required by vendor.• Utilization of company process for issuing access to software application groups and windows fileshares in active directory.• Creation and management of print queues for new/refresh printers, maintain/monitor print queues and delete any queues not in use (i.e.outage), assist in troubleshooting when verified that printing problem is not hardware related, update drivers as specified by corporate team based on issues and patches.• Ensure that backup client software is installed on all servers and that the backup service runs as expected nightly.• Restore files from backup client when requested and run restore process on a regular basis to ensure validity ofbackup datasets.• Passport Application Management• Assist on various teams to implement projects from corporate to Nuclear sites• Knowledge of VMWare ESX host operating system
