I currently work at the water treatment facility 36 for Jonah. My duties include to operate this plant to the best and safest to my abilities. Since October 2017 I have been moving oil from separators to the sells tanks, know and understand alarms , pay attention to tank levels , strap tanks , do chemical treatments for both production and flowback lines , good communication with co-workers and other contractors whom take part with activities going on at this plant. I have learned how to decant and bottom tanks . Changing filters in the injection skids and keep records. I have learned some additional computer skills as well . Maintenance including greasing equipment , checking belts on the triplex pumps, simple green to help maintain a cleaner sump and line off of the pumps. Understanding how and what certain pumps do and how the facility works .

Read automatic gauges at proper intervals to determine flow rate of gas. Monitored process units and quality control testing performance for plant processes and water quality sampling. Maintained proper chemical inventories. Made sound and logical judgments regarding process changes. Closely inspected equipment for safety problems, leaks and wear and tear. Rotate equipment.

Cleaned out de hy units, re do hardline for pumps, replace glycol hose, clean out 400 bbl tanks, replace lubricators. Inventory equipment. Disassemble stairs and catwalks. Replace batteries for solar panel skids, set well huts. Worked ground duties on work over rigs. Responsible for company truck.

Laid out, fitted and fabricated metal components. Heated, formed and dressed metal parts with hand tools, torch, and arc welding equipment. Operated manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together. Followed all safety guidelines, including proper machine guarding and lockout and tag out procedures.

Monitoring of separator vessel, sand trap, mix units and oil condensate tanks. Assemble and operate choke manifolds for frac jobs and flow back acid wash. Repair 1" and 2" valves. Maintain light plants and generators.
