Team Lead & Project Manager
CurrentResponsible for comprehensive Program Management support at all classification levels, directly supporting clients through meeting management, task coordination, and follow-up communications.Manages and updates task trackers, rigor boards, and status reports to ensure accurate program status and meet reporting requirements. Serve as a primary contact for the client leads/Officers, completing Project Initiation Forms and monitoring project progress. Coordinates with client action officers to ensure timely task completion and adherence to best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and enhance teamwork. Responsible for client deliverables, supporting and managing junior staff, and facilitating knowledge transfer for new and departing team members. TechPride specializes in management consulting services supporting program management, continual process improvement, strategic planning and implementation, organizational change management, executive coaching, strategic communications, information technology (IT) and software development and customization.
