CurrentThe mission of Designed For Goodness is to help creators build a business that brings goodness into their lives and into the world. I initially focused on website design that made the customer the center of the story (I love Donald Miller). However, I found my true passion was in using tech to exceed the expectations of customers in automated ways. So I shifted my focus to teaching course creators how to use data to predict their student’s needs so they can build automated, custom experiences that cater to those needs at precisely the right time. I love how doing this brings power and authenticity to the 2nd half of the customer life cycle.Notable:I've helped 50+ creators get their businesses off the ground by creating websites and/or courses.I've found unconventional ways to use the software I love (mainly ConvertKit, Accessally, Wordpress+Elementor, and Zapier) to reach my and my client's goals. Finding workarounds for perceived limitations in a tech tool is a favorite challenge of mine.My 2 courses have an 80% completion rate (the industry average is 3-6%, according to Research Gate).No one has ever asked me or any of my clients for a refund, even though I, and most of them, have a very open refund policy.I've held 3 successful live events that were focused on training creators (or their assistants) on tech tools so they could move past that roadblock in their business.
