Teaching Content Strategy and Content Marketing in the Communications Leadership graduate program. In COM 513: Content Marketing, we practice a lean methodology that helps us partner with non-profits to create impactful and sustainable content marketing campaigns. It's a highly collaborative, analytical, and creative process with methodology and tools anyone can add to their digital toolkit. Created the first undergraduate Content Strategy course in the United States in 2011 to help future User Experience professionals understand real-world content strategy. The 10-week program focuses on understanding the role of strategy in building holistic web experiences that support the businesses, audiences, and technology. The class follows the research and discovery phase of a content-focused project and delivers recommendations for a partner nonprofit organization.

My work encompassed managing member systems, all communication channels and encouraging membership participation and growth.
